Pumpkin Spice Dip

Pumpkin dip was a staple in the fall when I was growing up.  It's adult enough for taste and still so fun to eat with Teddy Grahams.  I absolutely love this snack and it will be sure to impress people if you take it to their house!  Keep in mind though that when you make it, it makes a LOT so be sure there are people around to help you enjoy this pumpkin deliciousness!


Pumpkin Spice Dip

Ingredients
One 8-ounce packages cream cheese softened
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
One 15-ounce can (unsweetened) pure pumpkin
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions
1. In a large bowl, use an electric hand mixer to blend the cream cheese with the sugar.
2. Add pumpkin and spices and blend well.
3. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
